Upon arrival at the property, guests are required to provide a valid ID card or passport, along with the booking voucher. Additionally, any outstanding payments for the services provided must be settled in cash at this time, unless prior arrangements have been made for advance payment.
Please be mindful of the designated quiet hours enforced within the property, which are from 22:00 (10:00 PM) to 6:00 (6:00 AM). It is important to respect the peace and comfort of all guests during these hours.
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, and adherence to this rule is expected from all guests.
When using electrical appliances, such as kettles or electric cookers, please do not leave them unattended. It is crucial to ensure that all appliances are turned off and unplugged before departing the premises. Before your departure, kindly ensure that all windows are closed, and make every effort to return the property to its original condition to avoid any additional charges.
On the day of your departure, it is mandatory to conduct a checkout inspection with the property owner. Should any damages to the property be identified during this inspection, the guest will be held liable for the full cost of repair or replacement. Failure to address any damages may result in the forfeiture of the security deposit that was paid prior to check-in.
Check-in time is set to begin at 14:00 (2:00 PM) and is subject to prior agreement with the owner. Check-out must occur on the day of departure, no later than 11:00 (11:00 AM). The owner has the right to accommodate only the number of guests specified on the voucher, with a maximum limit of 10 persons. If the number of guests exceeds this limit, the owner is unable to accommodate the additional guests. Additionally, guests who do not check out by the designated time of 11:00 may incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.

Online reservation are automatically treated as accepted and valid business agreement including pricing between user and provider.
