1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Upon arrival must submit ID card / passport, voucher (voucher) and also pay a price for provided services which need to be paid in cash, if not already paid in advance. Respects the silent hours between 22:00 to 6:00 pm.
Smoking in the whole building is strictly prohibited.
Electrical appliances (kettle, electric cooker) do not leave unattended during use and when you are leaving the place make sure they are safed and unplugged. Before leaving the apartment, close all windows and you need to make sure that the cases were returned into original condition. At the day of your departure is necessary to make a check out ( control check )with the owner of the property and, if the customer made any damage at the property they have to pay the full price for damage or they will lose the deposit which was paid before the check in.
2. CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
Check-in time is starting from 14:00, in agreement with the owner. The check out is in the day of departure no later than 11:00. The owner can accomodate only the number of the guests which are on the voucher or no more than 10 persons. If the number of the guests will reach the allowing limit the owner can`t accomodate the extra persons. If the guests not checking out until 11:00, they will have to pay the fee for the next day.

4. RESERVATION SERVICES
The guests may do the booking through the reservation system on the website www.privatnaobraze.sk or on the spot, by phone, mail ( by post ) or
e-mail at: naobraze@naobraze.sk or naobraze@gmail.com .
After the booking the customer has to pay a deposit of ( 50% of the total price) for holding the reservation until the arrival date. The deposit will be discount from the total price.
a) The booking through the reservation system:
If the client book the accommodation via our reservation system at the website www.privatnaobraze.sk printing a document of the confirmation is required. After the booking is important to pay a deposit ( 50% of the total price) to complete the reservation. If the deposit is not paid until 48 hours the reservations will be cancelled.
b) Booking the accomodation on the spot
If the clients do the reservation with the owner they have to obliged to follow the instructions of the owner. If the clients accept the way of the booking while expressing agreement they also agree and accept the conditions of the reservation.
Note: If the client does not proceed the conditions as provided by the owner, the owner has the right to cancel the reservation without giving any reason.
c) Reservation of accommodation via phone or cell phone
If the client book the accommodation by phone, is required to report all the data to the owner, which are required to process the reservation services.
Note: If the deposit is not paid until 48 hours the reservations will be cancelled.
d) Reservation of accommodation via email
If the clients make the reservation of the accommodation via e-mail is required to send all of the details to the owner. For completing the booking is necessary to send all af the deatils as follow:
– Title, name and surname;
– Street address, city, county, zip code and nationality;
– A mobile phone;
– Check in and check out date;
– Number of persons (total, adult, children);
– Note or comment to your booking;

Note: If the deposit is not paid until 48 hours the reservations will be cancelled.
e) Reservation of accommodation through the mail
If the client to make reservations by mail (by sending a letter) is required to download a reservation form from www.privatnaobraze.sk and fill it up all of the details ( signature required ) and sent it to the following address:

Note: Client will be contact by phone to confirm the booking after the confirmation they have to pay a deposit ( 50% of the total price ) to hold the reservation. If the deposit is not paid until 48 hours the reservations will be cancelled.
5. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Apartment bookings confirmed within 24 hours or no less than 48 hours of receiving the reservation. After confirmation of your booking must be paid in advance 50% of the total price up to 48 hours (this steps are following instruction in a confirmation). The rest of the payment will be paid on the day of arrival. After receiving the amount the client will get the voucher with the details of the accomodation ( address, contact of the owner…etc). The voucher will contain the name and details of the guests and also contains the payment and deposit.
6. THE PRICE INCLUDES
Rent for the day (beds), bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, parking place in front of the building, detergents, toiletries and final cleaning.
7. THE PRICE IS NOT INCLUDES
The price does not include the local tax.
8. CANCELLATION FEES
If the customer does not appear at the accomodation on the confirmed day they will lose the deposit (50% of the total price). The whole advance payment is creating the cancellation fee which is belongs to the owner. If the client changes the date of arrival it will be consider as a cancellation and the modified date will be count as a new reservation.
Up to 16 days before the arrival the cancellation fee is 20% of the deposit.
15 to 10 days before the arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the deposit.
9 to 3 days before the arrival the cancellation fee is 75% of the deposit.
2 days or less before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the deposit.
Cancellation of the booking must report to the owner by mail or e-mail and it will be valid after the recieved confirmation of the owner.
9. COMPLAINTS
In case of problems at the date of arrival or during the stay please contact the owner as soon as possible.
